QualiTack 3112 Lithium-calcium EP2
QualiTack® 3112 is a very strong water-resistant and load carrying grease developed on basis of a high viscosity mineral base oil. The thickener is a Lithium-Calcium soap . QualiTack 3112 is leadfree and the pca content in the baseoils is below 3%. The EP-additives are free of sulphur which protects the softer type metals as found in some bearing systems.

Application
QualiTack 3112 is developed for heavy load applications running at moderate speed where water-ingress is a risk . The product should not be used in high speed bearing systems as the high viscosity might create overheating of the system.
